How do we carry out a DPF removal?
For off road and track use only, our technician carefully opens the DPF casing, removes the blocked filter core and then welds the unit back together so it looks close to factory from the outside. The pipe is pressure checked, refitted and matched with the correct software so the engine can breathe freely again. We always explain the legal rules in the UK and make sure Nottingham drivers know that DPF removal is not allowed on road going cars.
